OnlyBakes is a passion project of mine. Bringing together my love of reading, baking comfy snacks and avoiding adult responsibilities. Like getting a full time job.
So what are we actually doing here? Well each week you’ll find a simple, tried and tested recipe that accompanies a beloved character in a book. Simple simple.
Alongside the baking adventures there will be a very casual and relaxed book club.
How can I join the BakedBook Club?
Oh it’s so simple. Each month there is one maybe two books for you to consume and bake with. Where possible these will be available in places like libraries, KindleUnlimited and/or Kobo, making these as affordable as possible. I’m a strong believer that reading should be as accessible as possible, and should not break the bank.
The super fun thing about the Baked Book Club is that authors can’t buy their way onto this list. And any reference to the characters in recipes is just my personal opinion.
What’s the cost to join up to OnlyBakes?
Nothing. Nada. The main recipees here are free! At a later date I might knead to have a very small subscription level but for the time being y’all are here providing me with free creative outlet therapy. Yay for avoidance of adult life.
